Support Crew Rewards

Maintain community relationships by activating students as the decider of a rewards system that can be used at home, shifting the balance of power.
 
Giving the students the responsibility to look for 'hero' qualities in the support people/or teachers (whilst they are at home) will lighten the mood and build those reciprocal learning relationships.
