My Pedagogy is a 33 page booklet that enables teachers to unpack what pedagogy means, reflect on the pedagogies they use in their reality and revisit expectations from the Teaching Standards and the values that underpin them.
 
After reflection teachers then take all they have learned to build an effective teacher profile for their school.
